Commission individually, or combined into a full design engagement.
Custom homes
Ground-up homes, designed around how you live and where you live.
Renovations
Whole-house or single-room reworks that reorganize flow and bring in light.
Additions
Additions that feel like part of the original house — proportion and detail matched.
ADUs
Accessory dwelling units for guests, multi-generational living, or rental income.
Construction drawings
Permit-ready drawing sets, coordinated with structural and MEP consultants as needed.
3D visualization
Photoreal architectural renderings — available as a standalone service for architects, builders, and developers.
Answers, ahead of the conversation.
Should I hire an architect or a residential designer?
In Massachusetts and Rhode Island, the title architect is legally reserved for individuals licensed by the state. A residential designer offers design services for single-family homes, additions, renovations, and ADUs — typically with the same range of deliverables (plans, elevations, sections, construction drawings) but without the licensed-architect stamp. For most single-family residential work, a designer is a strong fit. Where a licensed architect or engineer of record is required, we collaborate with a trusted licensed consultant to stamp the drawings.
Where do you work?
Across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with projects throughout the broader New England region — Cape Cod, the Islands, the South Coast, greater Boston, and northern New England.
Can you produce 3D renderings without doing the full design?
Yes — 3D architectural visualization is offered as a standalone service for architects, builders, developers, and homeowners.
How long does a typical project take?
Schematic design through construction documents typically takes four to nine months. Additions and ADUs move faster; ground-up custom homes naturally take longer.
